Marcus Remmers

Marcus Remmers, is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Royal DSM, Netherlands. As CTO, Marcus is responsible for DSM’s global Science and Technology portfolio. Being an advocate for sustainability, Marcus is passionate about collaborating with customers and partners to create bold new products and solutions that have a tangible and positive impact. Marcus has strong knowledge and experience in life sciences and material’s science R&D, business operations, business development, strategy and change management – combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and a digital mindset. He holds a Diploma in Chemistry from the University of Freiburg and a Doctorate from the Max-Planck-Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz.
