Thumrongrut Mungcharoen

Dr. Thumrongrut Mungcharoen received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, USA. For more than 25 years, he was involved as an expert in several projects on bioenergy, life cycle assessment, sustainable consumption & production, eco-efficiency and circular economy. He is among the key people who initiated several national projects such as Thai National Life Cycle Inventory Database and Thai Carbon Footprint labelling scheme. He is also the President of the Asia Pacific Roundtable for Sustainable Consumption and Production (APRSCP) Foundation. He has published more than 220 scientific papers and books.
