Klaus Pellengahr

Klaus Pellengahr is General Manager of Novozymes Berlin (Germany) and a Director of Novozymes A/S. Klaus has a strong background in Life Sciences including new sustainable solutions and products based on enzymes and microbes. Klaus strongly believes in collaborations and sharing experiences from different industries to be essential for biobased product development. Scouting and networking within Germany and Central Europe is therefore his key topic. He holds a doctorate in Molecular Biology from the Max-Planck-Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology in Potsdam and a Diploma in Microbiology from the University of Bayreuth.
