Ingar Janzik
Plant Scientist Forschungszentrum Jülich
Ingar Janzik works at the Institute for Plant Sciences (IBG-2) of the Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ) and holds a Professorship for Green Biotechnology at the University of Applied Sciences Aachen. She received her doctoral degree as plant scientist at the ETH (Zürich) and worked at the University of Düsseldorf. Since 2018 she coordinates the Education activities of the Bioeconomy Science Center (BioSC) in Jülich and is a founding member of the Community of Practice for Bioeconomy Education (CoP-Bio-Edu). Additionally since 2019 she is deputy head of JuDocs, a cross-institutional entity supporting all doctoral researchers and scientific supervisors working at FZJ.
