Hiroyuki Kojima, is Chief Innovation Officer at Ajinomoto Co., Inc. He joined Ajinomoto in 1985 and has held various positions since then. His expertise lays in the areas of research & development, as well as production and regulatory affairs in fermentation and biotechnology. Kojima is a member of the Agricultural Chemical Society of Japan, the Japanese Society for Biotechnology and the International Council on Amino Acid Science. He received a PhD in Agricultural Chemistry from the University of Tokyo.
