Ipshita Mandal-Johnson works at the intersection of bio, innovation and impact, addressing the planet, people, and then profit through the Global Bio Fund. She has worked in 7 countries and has 15 years’ experience working with organizations in healthcare, agriculture and technology via government, academia, private sector and not-for-profits. One of her career highlights was co-founding the Global Biotech Revolution in 2012 – the world’s first inter-generational platform for the bioeconomy. She has received multiple awards including twice being nominated in the 50 Movers and Shakers in Bio Business, McKinsey Founders Award and St Gallen Leader of Tomorrow.
